Here is a guideline with several basic steps to make booking a charter as easy as possible.
1. Select the date
2. Contact us to see if that date is available
3. If your date is available, we will pencil you in and discuss if you have any special needs for your charter.
4. A deposit is required. We will hold your date temporarily until a deposit and signed contract is received. We generally require a 50% deposit to confirm your date, with the balance being paid on the day of departure. If a deposit is not received within two weeks of the date booked, that date will again be made available to other customers.
5. Confirm your dates and times. In the event the charter group does not appear on the charter date, all deposit and funds up to 50% of the charter price will be forfeited. This forfeit can be avoided by delivering notice of cancellation to Aqua Specialties, Inc., at least 30 days prior to your fishing date.
